Every negative emotion I have, I’m told to go to therapy.
Negative emotions are human!
Why have we, as a society, grown to fear them?

Therapy is like a good gym or (insert good phisical activity) for your brain… some pople exercise to correct a physical ailment, overweight, physio, etc… but anyone, no matter how healthy, would benefit from some regular gym time (read physical activity)
You seem to assume therpy is only good to fix a problem but that is a wrong assumption
More like personal trainer I think.
Plenty of people are psychologically healthy without a regular offload to a therapist. That doesn’t mean that they couldn’t benefit some or that others couldn’t benefit a lot, but you don’t need a therapist to have good mental health.
