Jenny is still pretty active. If you’ve got $1/month for her patreon she has a huge library of monthly videos which are decent.
What kind of videos are those monthly ones?
The format is her just talking to the camera. Unedited, the patreon supporters vote on the topic, but she still does preparation and research on the subject to present. Usually at least 45 minutes each and there’s 105 of them now
