Join the communities you want to see and use the Subscribed feed. New communities and instances constantly being added is the whole point of the Fediverse; complaining about it is like complaining about being wet while in a swimming pool you chose to be in.
Then how do I find the new communities I like? Maybe I want to have new and unknown communities in my /all feed but don’t want it burried in US news.
I usually scroll through my daily subscriptions in 30 min. If I want more content I have to switch to /all. Basically I have two feeds, one of things I subscribe to and one of everything that’s not blocked.
