you tried antihistamines? ceterizine, lotaradine, fexofenadine, diphenhydramine? levoceterizine(xyzal) just recently became OTC, but i never tried and i read its more or less similar to ceterizine. did you get allergy testing done?
im not sensitive to pollen, but dust mites, which also causes my atopic dermatitis, which is a different beast than nasal allergies. i use ceterizine, diphenhydramine. nasal sprays dont do anything for me. i also have nasal symptoms.
get generic antihistamines i mention they are much cheaper online(dont buy instore generic, trial and error each one to see which one works the best. diphenhydramine will cause drowsiness though, but its useful for quick relief.
