The world/US is terrible rn. I wanted a comfort movie where I get to watch Nazis be killed. So I’m watching Inglorious Bastards now.

What’s your favorite killing Nazis movie?

Kung Fury, short, insanely over the top, leans into satirizing the 80s steroid-action movie machismo, just plain fun movie.

    IRON SKY

Nazis from the dark side of the moon return to Earth in flying saucers to finish the Third Reich.

    It is glorious

    V for vendetta.

Antagonists are not explicitly Nazis, just racist and homophobic authoritarians preaching religous hate against immigrants.

I see nobody mentioned Sisu here.

It’s an absolute banger about a Finnish badass that finds gold in Nazi occupied Finland.

Once you’re done with the movies, might I recommend you look into a video game where you get to shoot some Nazis yourself?

The “Wolfenstein” video game series might be a good starting point

Definitely start with The New Order. If it doesn’t run well for you (it is a bit jank) play The New Colossus.

TNO, TNC, and The Old Blood (TOB?) Make up the modern rebooted trilogy. They are sublime even if there’s some technical jank until you make it to TNC. If you want more after that, try Return to Castle Wolfenstein. It is very old but very tightly designed.

The other person mentioned the two main new games but I loved Old Blood as well. If you prefer more classical games or styles, Return to Castle Wolfenstein is a great one too.

The New Order is a reboot that doesn’t rely on any other knowledge. Old Colossus is a direct sequel to that.

Blues Brothers. Not sure if any of them DIE, directly, but I’ve got a feeling not all of them survived off-screen.

    • Saving Private Ryan
    • Fury
    • The Big Red One
    • Force Ten From Navarone (it is a sequel to The Guns of Navarone, which is also great)
    • The Dirty Dozen
    • Patton
    • Memphis Belle
    • Victory (While no Nazi’s are killed in the movie watching them get humiliated is nice) It is sometimes called “Escape to Victory”.
