This is great! It’s been frankly hard work avoiding using Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads and all of Zuckerberg’s other merciless surveillance and manipulation systems, and now I don’t have to worry about avoiding it any more because I don’t need to give deliberate consent at all, I only need to be within range of someone who has given unwitting consent on my behalf. And inside my own home when I’m my most unguarded and sincere, believing I’m only sharing my thoughts with the people present. What a win!

Facebook really wants a legal monopoly on the concept of pervert glasses, don’t they?

Wasn‘t the Black Mirror episode about this technology exactly about a dinner party too? Tech bros don‘t have a single original thought yet they think they can automate creativity.

One highlight at the dinner party of me grabbing the glasses and snapping them in half

Living in the moment is lost for future generations. I am so glad I’m old enough to have been able to be drunk and do so many stupid funny things without people recording it and watch it out of context.

Hell I‘m glad I could post shit on the internet as a dumb teen and no one is able track it back to me. Or at least very likely not. Those forums no longer even exist and never asked me for a phone number or verification anyway. No such luxury for future generations.
