That’s not very typical, I’d like to make that point.

Disco Elysium. Fucked… far and near, far and wide, from end to end, from start to finish, from the word go… fucked. Fully fucked.
Loved Twin Peaks. Watched it with a group of friends back when it was first broadcast. We’d unplug the landline so we weren’t interrupted, break out the coffee and cherry pie, and everyone would shut up and just watch the show. Then we’d try and figure out wtf was going on, sometimes rewatching almost the entire episode and dissecting it. I miss that experience: no other show has come close.
Shame it got cancelled and the last few episodes of season two tried to wrap up something that needed at least one more full season.

The Mods

Punk got into its stride, goth came along, the new romantics, the new wave of British heavy metal broke into the mainstream, thrash came into being, rap arose (possibly as a counterpoint to the declining disco) and gangsta rap was born, we had the golden age of hip-hop… comforting might not be the right word.
Ignoring the memetic theft and slopification - the 70s was far too full of nauseating disco. Give me the best 500 from the 80s any day.

The song is good, but could be better: Drowning Pool - Bodies.
That was the joke dot jay peg.
Not to mention that arms and walking sticks aren’t legs! I mean, come on!
The riddle should have gone: “What crawls on his hands and knees when he is a baby, walks on two legs when he is a grown man, and requires the assistance of one or more walking sticks when he is an old man?”
Now, that is a proper riddle!

I fully expect the word guessing machine to solve global hunger, the climate crisis, and all genetic disorders as soon as we feed it one more data set!
