I hate how RFK Jr actually made seed oils something people consider unhealthy. There is an enormous body of research that clearly demonstrates the positive health impacts of switching out animal-based cooking oils with seed based ones, and for anyone to consider the contrary would require them to willfully ignore the science.

i’m allergic to soy btw, but apparently only to the raw soy (soy drink, soy yoghurt). i can eat cooked soy meat-replacement stuff just fine.
